Do I need local currency?

It is recommended to have some local currency. All the countries we will be visiting belong to the EU and the Euro is their currency. You can change currency with your local bank or a currency exchange office when you arrive.

What type of phone service do I need?

If you would like international phone service, it is recommended to contact your cell phone carrier prior to traveling. You could also purchase a local SIM card when arriving in the county if your phone is compatible and unlocked. However, your cellular phone service may not have the best service at sea. Wi-Fi and Internet Packages are available for pre-purchasing online or purchasing on board when you arrive. You might save up to 20% if you pre-purchase online.

What is the weather like in November?

The average temperature in November varies by city and country. The general temperature ranges from 55°F to 69°F (12°C to 20°C) depending on the location. For example, cities in the North (like Milan) will be cooler compared to cities further South (like Valletta).

Pregnancy

The medical facilities and equipment on board may not be technically adequate to deal with a birth or pregnancy complications. Therefore, for safety reasons, we cannot admit women on board who will have reached or exceeded their twenty-fourth week of pregnancy by the end of the cruise. Regardless of the stage of pregnancy, a doctor should be consulted before setting off on a cruise to evaluate whether the guest is fit to travel.
